First and foremost I wanted to thank them for the wonderful feeling of empowerment that had come over me since I had started using Auto Focus. Furthermore I love the fact that I now know that when I make a decision, it is not only based on my own gut feel and instinct but also on solid factual knowledge of what my business is capable of, which is at my fingertips everyday with the Auto Focus system. I’m really loving this software as it is VERY EASY to use as all the accounting entries are done for me from simple data entry. I’ve required no bookkeeping experience to use this package. It also monitors my business cash flow on a daily basis which is amazing – I have’nt seen any package with this function before. I’ve also managed to reduce my accounting fees as I do all my own capture and just email my accountant the results on a monthly basis. This has proven to be very effective as we are always looking at current figures when I need advice for tax and other matters relating to my business and of course I also understand the figures now because I am entering the data and know how they are made up which certainly helps. An added bonus is also that there is only a small once off fee for the package without any annual fees and updates can be downloaded directly from their site.I would definitely recommend looking at this package as it was written specifically for the individual with very little bookkeeping knowledge that needs to monitor and manage their business, customers and suppliers etc. |
